Upsizing or Downsizing Bins
Residential dwellings can upsize or downsize their bins if required. Resizing options are:
- Downsize from 360L recycle to a 240L recycling. (please note that 360L bins are no longer available)
- Upsize from 140L to 240L garbage bin
- Downsize from 240l garbage to 140L garbage bin
Note that new 360L recycling and waste bins are no longer available.

After requesting a change in bin size, council will contact for the upfront payment, once paid, leave your bin on the verge. Contractors will not enter your property to locate bins. It may take up to 5 working days for the bin to be changed over but your can use as normal.
