How many vouchers can I have?

Urban residents can redeem up to two vouchers OR two kerbside bulky waste collections per financial year. Using a self-haul voucher takes the place of a kerbside bulky waste collection. Urban residents can choose to continue to access the two kerbside bulky waste services that are currently available or can replace one or both of those services by downloading a self-haul voucher instead.

Rural residents may access up to 16 vouchers for smaller volume increments than the 2 vouchers for urban residents. Rural residents may choose to combine the vouchers for disposal of larger quantities of bulky waste or choose to use the vouchers individually for small quantities of household waste (e.g. a 240L wheelie bin waste to landfill).
