Vouchers may be used to dispose of waste on behalf of residents

Vouchers may be used by service providers, friends and relatives who are disposing of waste on behalf of the resident. However, voucher entitlements are not transferrable from one property to another. 

A screenshot of the voucher(s) may be used by someone who is authorised by the resident to dispose of waste on their behalf.
