The Queanbeyan River is a beautiful natural corridor running through the middle of town, and is home to our resident platypus. We're cleaning up the river to look after out native wildlife!
Come along, grab some bags and gloves, and help clean up the river! Please wear enclosed shoes and sun protection.
QPRC will be providing a BBQ at Queen Elizabeth 2 park at the end of the event to thank all our volunteers.
Date - Sunday 20th September 2026
Time - 9am - 12pm
Location - Queen Elizabeth 2 Park 41 Morisset Street Queanbeyan at the undercover BBQ across from Riverside Plaza
